How to place an order with Mike's Subworks, LLC
 
At Mike's Subworks we pride ourselves in our customer service.  One of the ways we do this is by interacting with each of our customers.  In order to insure that our customers receive the most appropriate parts for their project, we often will spend an hour or more discussing a project with them on the phone.  We respond to all email as promptly as possible, often resulting in detailed back & forth discussions with both new and existing customers.
This is one of the main reasons we don't have an automated shopping cart system on our website.  We would rather not sell you a part or multiple parts, than have you purchase the wrong item.
We accept orders via phone, fax or mail. 
 
He highly discourage our customers from ordering anything via email as our email server is NOT SECURE.  However, if you would like to send us a "shopping list" of the parts you're interested in, we will be more than glad to work up and return a price quote.  We will also instruct you as to the best way to formally place and pay for your order.
 
We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover credit cards.  We also accept debit cards that carry either a Visa or MasterCard logo.  For mail orders we also accept domestic checks that are drawn on a US bank.
 
At the current time we do not accept PayPal.
 
We request that our international customers contact us by email prior to placing an order.
